摘要
使用Minitab软件进行全因子实验设计(DOE),研究电解液浓度和用量对碱性锌锰电池大电流脉冲放电性能的影响。放电曲线、直流阻抗(DCIR)和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)对比表明,当电解液浓度为26%、用量为1.061 ml时,LR6电池的脉冲放电性能最优,可以在模拟门锁模式下放电8498次。
Minitab software was used to carry out the full factorial design of experiment(DOE),the effects of electrolyte concentration and amount on the heavy load pulse discharge performance of alkaline Zn/MnO_(2) battery were explored.The comparison of discharge curve,direct current internal resistance(DCIR)and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)showed that when the electrolyte concentration was 26%and the amount was 1.061 ml,the LR6 battery had the best pulse discharge performance,could be discharged 8498 times in the analog door lock mode.
