感觉统合训练联合音乐干预对孤独症儿童行为和语言功能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨感觉统合训练联合音乐干预对孤独症儿童行为和语言功能的影响。方法选取2019年8月至2020年4月东莞市妇幼保健院收治的80例孤独症儿童为研究对象,根据就诊时间先后顺序分入对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组患儿实施常规护理,观察组患儿在常规护理的基础上实施感觉统合训练联合音乐干预。比较两组患儿的儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)评分、孤独症儿童行为检查量表(ABC)评分和语言功能情况。结果干预后,两组的CARS评分和ABC评分均显著低于干预前(P值均<0.05),且观察组的CARS评分和ABC评分均显著低于对照组(P值均<0.05)。干预后,两组的语言表达评分、语言理解评分和沟通评分均显著高于干预前(P值均<0.05),且观察组的上述评分均显著高于对照组(P值均<0.05)。结论对孤独症儿童予以感觉统合训练联合音乐干预,有利于减轻孤独症儿童的孤独症严重程度,促进其孤独症行为改善和语言功能恢复。 Objective To explore the effect of sensory integration training combined with music intervention on behavior and language function of autistic children.Methods 80 autistic children treated at Dongguan City Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40)according to the order of visiting time.The children in the control group received routine nursing,and the children in the observation group received sensory integration training combined with music intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The scores of Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS),Aberrant Behavior Checklist(ABC)and language function were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of CARS and ABC of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention(all P<0.05),and the scores of CARS and ABC of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(both P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of language expression,language comprehension and communication of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention(all P<0.05),and the above scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of sensory integration training and music intervention for autistic children can reduce the degree of autism and promote the improvement of autism behavior and language function recovery.
