情志护理联合凉血解毒膏外敷用于竹叶青蛇咬伤患者的治疗效果

Effect of emotional nursing combined with external application of Liangxue Jiedu Ointment in the treatment of bite of Trimeresurus stejnegeri

目的探讨情志护理联合凉血解毒膏外敷用于竹叶青蛇咬伤患者的治疗效果。方法以北京中医药大学深圳医院2019年6月至2020年6月收治的80例竹叶青蛇咬伤患者为研究对象,随机分入两组,每组各40例。其中将实施基础治疗和常规护理的40例患者设为对照组,将在对照组干预方案基础上应用情志护理联合凉血解毒膏外敷的40例患者设为观察组。比较两组的治疗效果、症状缓解时间,以及干预前和干预7 d后的情绪状态和凝血功能指标。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的止痛和肿胀消退时间均显著短于对照组(P值均<0.05)。干预7 d后,两组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均显著低于同组干预前(P值均<0.05);且观察组均显著低于对照组(P值均<0.05)。干预7 d后,两组的凝血酶原时间(PT)均显著短于同组干预前(P值均<0.05);且观察组显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对竹叶青蛇咬伤患者实施情志护理联合凉血解毒膏外敷干预,疗效较佳,可显著改善患者情绪状态,有效改善PT,显著缩短症状消退时间。

Objective To explore the effect of emotional nursing combined with external application of Liangxue Jiedu Ointment in the treatment of bite of Trimeresurus stejnegeri.Methods 80 patients bit by Trimeresurus stejnegeri and admitted to Shenzhen Hospital,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.40 cases who received basic treatment and routine nursing were set as the control group,and 40 cases who received emotional nursing combined with external application of Liangxue Jiedu Ointment on the basis of the control group were set as the observation group.The curative effect,time of symptom relief,emotional state and coagulation function before and 7 days after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time of pain relief and swelling subsiding in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(both P<0.05).After 7 days of intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the same group before the intervention(all P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(both P<0.05).After 7 days of intervention,the prothrombin time(PT)of the two groups was significantly shorter than that of the same group before the intervention(both P<0.05),and PT of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Emotional nursing combined with external application of Liangxue Jiedu Ointment has a good effect on patients bit by Trimeresurus stejnegeri,which can significantly improve the emotional state of patients,effectively improve PT,and significantly shorten the time of symptom relief.
