摘要
系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)是一种以自身抗原免疫耐受崩溃、大量自身抗体产生为主要特点的自身免疫性疾病,临床表现多样,发病机制复杂。干扰素(interferon,IFN)信号通路是其目前广泛认同的致病通路之一,近年来关于IFN信号及通路和表观遗传修饰的相互关系在SLE疾病发生发展中所发挥的作用受到广泛的重视。该文就相关研究做一综述,以期为SLE的发病机制提供新的研究思路。
Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is an autoimmune disease with various clinical manifestations and complex pathogenesis,characterized by loss of immune tolerance to autoantigens and production of large amounts of autoantibodies.Interferon(IFN)signaling pathway is one of the pathogenetic pathways widely recognized at present.In recent years,the correlation between IFN signaling and epigenetic modification in the occurrence and development of SLE has beena research hotspot.And in this paper,the relevant studies are reviewed in order to provide new research ideas for the pathogenesis of SLE.
