摘要
根据侧架零件的结构特点和技术要求,进行了铸造工艺设计。采用底注开放式浇注系统,在铸件热节处设置冒口进行补缩,并利用数值模拟软件对铸造工艺进行了模拟优化。采用优化的铸造工艺试制侧架铸件,成功获得合格的铸件产品。
The casting process of the side frame part was designed according to its structural characteristics and technical requirements.The unchoked bottom gating system was adopted,and the risers were set at the hot spots of the casting to compensate the metal shrinkage.Taking advantage of the numerical simulation software,the casting process was optimized,and adopting the optimized casting process,the side frame castings were trial manufactured.The qualified products of side frame castings were manufactured successfully.
