摘要
激光光闸能够使激光器输出的一路光变为多路光输出,是激光制造和增材制造装备中的重要器件,目前国内高功率激光光闸产品主要依赖于进口。文章进行激光光闸安全控制电路系统的设计与研制,研究了激光光闸内部各部件工作参量的感知方法,设计了激光光闸工作行为的逻辑流程,并提出了闭环控制方法;研制出激光光闸安全控制电路系统,应用到光闸中进行了高功率稳定性测试。结果表明,研制的电路系统能够实时感知光闸各工作参量,可实现光闸各工作行为的闭环控制,能够保证长达1小时里光闸稳定输出功率大于1000W,传输效率大于98%,从而为填补国内空白的光闸研究提供电控基础。
In laser manufacturing and additive manufacturing, optic switch is a significant device which can change one way of beam output from the laser into multiple ways. However, the domestic high-power optic switch products mainly rely on imports. In this paper, we design and develop the safety control circuit system of optic switch. The sensing method of the working parameters of the components in the optic switch is studied. The logic flow of the optic switch is designed, and the closed-loop control method is proposed. The safety control circuit system is developed and applied in the optic switch for high power stability test. The results show that the system developed can sense the working parameters in real time. And the closed-loop control of the working behavior in the optic switch can be realized. It can guarantee that the stable output power is more than 1000 W and the transmission efficiency is over 98% for up to one hour. Our work can provide the basis of circuit and control for the research of the optic switch which fills the gap in our country.
