摘要
目前国网公司为了强化营销、运检、调控业务协同,有效支撑电力故障定位、停电范围定位、实时线损统计和业扩报装等业务,推动实施营配贯通建设工作。针对人工营配贯通工作会导致营配业务系统中电网拓扑关系数据与现场不一致的问题,根据配电网网架业务,结合现有关系型数据库存储的台账及关系数据,利用知识图谱技术构建配电网网架拓扑图和Neo4j图数据库存储配电网网架拓扑图,为配电网业务展示、大数据下设备关系查询和数据质量提升提供数据支撑,建立了高效、便捷的检索和核查方式。试验表明,研究的方法误差小,稳定性能好。
At present, in order to strengthen the coordination of marketing, operation inspection, and regulation business, state grid corporation effectively supports the power fault location, power outage range location, real-time line loss statistics, business expansion report installation and other services, and promotes the implementation of the operation and distribution connection construction work. In view of the problem that the manual operation and distribution connection work would lead to the inconsistency between the power grid topology relationship data in the business system and the site, the distribution network structure business was combined with the account and relationship data stored in the existing relational database. The distribution network topology was constructed by using knowledge graph technology, and the distribution network topology diagrams were stored in the Neo4 j graph database. It provided data support for distribution network business display, equipment relationship query under big data and data quality improvement, and established efficient and convenient retrieval and verification methods. The experimental results show that the method has less error and good stability.
