自拟降糖强心方治疗2型糖尿病合并心力衰竭的临床研究

Clinical study of self-made Jiangtang Qiangxin Recipe in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with heart failure

目的观察自拟降糖强心方治疗2型糖尿病合并心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法选择2019年1~9月我院诊治的60例2型糖尿病合并心力衰竭患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规降糖联合抗心力衰竭治疗,观察组在对照组基础上口服自拟降糖强心方,两组均连续治疗2个月。比较两组治疗前后FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、LVEF、NT-ProBNP水平及不良反应。结果治疗后,两组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、NT-ProBNP均低于治疗前,且观察组FPG、2 hPG、NT-ProBNP降低均优于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),HbA1c有下降趋势,但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组LVEF均较治疗前升高,且观察组升高优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率分别为36.67%、16.67%。结论自拟降糖强心方治疗2型糖尿病合并心力衰竭疗效显著,值得临床研究推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Jiangtang Qiangxin Recipe in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with heart failure.Methods A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes and heart failure diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January to September 2019 were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number tables,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional hypoglycemic combined with anti-heart failure treatment,and in the observation group were taking orally with self-made Jiangtang Qiangxin Recipeon the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 consecutive months.The levels of FPG,2 hPG,HbA1 c,LVEF,NT-ProBNP and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,FPG,2 h PG,Hb A1 c and NT-ProBNP in the two groups were lower than before treatment and the reduction of FPG,2 h PG and NT-ProBNP of the observation group were better than that of the control group.The differences between groups were statistically significant(both P<0.05),HbA1 c were reduced but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);LVEF in the two groups was higher than before treatment,and the increase in the observation group was better than the control group,the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were 36.67%and 16.67%respectively.Conclusion The self-made Jiangtang Qiangxin Recipe has significant clinical effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with heart failure,and is worthy of clinical research and promotion.
