盐酸曲美他嗪用于治疗急性心肌炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of trimetazidine hydrochloride in the treatment of acute myocarditis

目的探讨盐酸曲美他嗪治疗急性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法选择2018年7月至2019年6月我院收治的82例急性心肌炎患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各41例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组加用盐酸曲美他嗪治疗。比较两组心肌酶谱、炎症因子、心功能、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组Myo、cTnI、CK-MB均显著低于对照组,hs-CRP、TNF-α、BNP水平均低于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);左室射血分数高于对照组,左室舒张末期内径低于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急性心肌炎采用盐酸曲美他嗪治疗的效果确切,安全性较高,不良反应发生率较低,有助于改善心肌酶谱、心功能和减轻炎症反应。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine hydrochloride in the treatment of acute myocarditis.Methods 82 patients with acute myocarditis admitted from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group were treated with trimetazidine hydrochloride.The indexes of myocardial enzymes,inflammatory factors,cardiac function,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of Myo,cTnI,CK-MB in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the level of hs-CRP,TNF-αand BNP lower than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05);the left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that of the control group,the left ventricular end diastolic diameter after treatment was lower than that of the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(all P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine hydrochloride in the treatment of acute myocarditis has definite effect,high safety and low incidence of adverse reaction,which is helpful to improve myocardial enzyme spectrum,cardiac function and reduce inflammatory reaction.
