共生理论视域下中小学校园文化认同的窠臼与融通 被引量:5

摘要 校园文化是学校全体成员共同参与创造和经营的一种群体文化,校园文化认同的实质就是校园文化的建设和发展,把校园文化改造成为全体成员认同和肯定的学校文化内容和形式,最终成为师生内在的文化选择和行动自觉。共生理论倡导互动、合作、协调、共赢,这为当前我国中小学校园文化认同过程中存在的以个体利益为轴心、以个人尺度和目的去评判和"编造"校园文化的个体主义窠臼提供了反思工具。共生理论视域下的校园文化认同应是由学校师生在相互交往中合作、协调与理解,生发出基于本土和自身的共同体心理倾向,进而实现全主体认同。互动共生是中小学校园文化认同的内在运行机理。在多元主体参与式互动中平等共进化校园文化、在"地方性知识"中构建互惠共生的关系、在"集体记忆"生成中趋同文化认同心理有利于融通校园文化认同。 Campus culture is a group culture created and operated by all members of the school.The essence of campus cultural identity is the construction and development of campus culture,transforming campus culture into the cultural content and form identified by all members,and finally become the inherent cultural choice and action consciousness of teachers and students.Symbiosis theory advocates interaction,cooperation,coordination,and win-win.This provides reflection on the individualism of taking individual interest as the axis and judging and"fabricating"campus culture with personal yardstick and purpose.Campus cultural identity in the perspective of symbiosis theory should be the cooperation,coordination and understanding of school teachers and students in mutual interactions,the generation of a community-based psychological tendency based on the local and self,which achieve the crew identity.Interactive symbiosis should be the internal operation mechanism of the cultural identity in the primary and secondary schools.The equal co-evolution of campus culture in the participatory interaction of multiple subjects,the construction of mutually beneficial symbiosis in"local knowledge"and the convergence of cultural identity psychology in the generation of"collective memory"are conducive to the integration of campus cultural identity.
