摘要 如何在弹性作息下促进幼儿的自我管理是学前教育工作者研究的重要议题。文章以苏州市X幼儿园大班30名幼儿为研究对象,采用行动研究方式,运用观察、访谈、问卷法,在第一轮行动中对教师和幼儿日常活动中的自我管理教育行为与表现等进行收集与分析,发现存在幼儿计划意识淡薄、依赖情绪明显、行为表现退缩、坚持性不强、自我控制困难等问题,在第二、三轮中通过调整适宜的作息安排和增强幼儿自我设计、自我控制等进行干预,得出有效提升幼儿自我管理能力的基本策略:释放教师"限额"权利、共享教研平台、反思带班过程、聚焦班本生活和鼓励幼儿探究。 How to promote children’s self-management is an important topic of research by preschool educators.Taking 30 children in the senior class of X kindergarten in Suzhou City as the research objects,the researchers carry out action research using the methods of observations,interviews,and questionnaires.In the first round of action,the teachers and children’s self-management education behavior performance in daily activities were collected.The analysis results show that children have the problems such as weak planning awareness,obvious dependence on emotions,withdrawal of behavioral performance,poor persistence,and difficulty in self-control.In the second and third rounds of action,by adjusting the appropriate schedule and strengthening children’s self-design,self-control and other strategies,this paper puts forward the basic strategies to effectively promote the development of children’s self-management ability:releasing teachers’"limit"rights,sharing teaching and research platforms,reflecting on the process of teaching classes,and focusing on class life and encouraging children to explore.These strategies can effectively promote the improvement of children’s self-management ability.
