基于云GIS的数字县域地理信息公共服务平台建设——以广西平南县为例

Construction of Digital County Geographic Information Public Service Platform Based on Cloud GIS Technology:Take Pingnan County,Guangxi as an Example

地理信息公共服务平台是数字城市地理空间框架建设的基础,本文在分析数字城市建设中存在问题的基础上,以平南县为研究对象,引入云GIS先进技术,探索基于云GIS的数字县域地理信息公共服务平台的建设。从云平台关键技术研究、云平台地理信息数据库设计、公共服务平台设计开发、典型示范应用和支撑环境等方面进行了详细描述与探讨,为其他城市的地理信息公共服务平台的设计和建设提供参考。

The public service platform of geographic information is the foundation of geospatial framework construction of digital city,this paper based on the analysis of the problems existing in the process of digital city construction,takes Pingnan County as the research object,introduces the advanced technology of cloud GIS,and explores the construction of the public service platform of digital county geographic information based on cloud GIS.This paper describes and discusses the key technology research of cloud platform,the design and development of cloud platform geographic information database,the design and development of public service platform,typical demonstration application and supporting environment,so as to provide reference for the design and construction of geographic information public service platform in other cities.
