基于GIS福州市应急避难场所空间分布的指标评价分析

The Index Evaluation and Analysis of Spatial Distribution ofEmergency Shelters in Fuzhou Based on GIS

应急避难场所是城市居民躲避各种自然灾害和突发事件的安全区域,在城市建设发展中有着重要意义。本文通过GIS空间分析方法,构建应急避难场所的评级指标,并以福州市区为例进行了评价分析。研究表明,福州市现有的应急避难场所整体服务效能较好,但是数量上过少,空间分布上不均衡;部分应急避难场所交通可达性不理想,距离城市主干道距离较远;服务效能受到限制。

Emergency shelters are safe places for urban residents to avoid all kinds of natural disasters and emergencies,which are of great significance in the development of urban construction.By GIS spatial analysis method,this paper constructs the rating index of emergency shelters,and takes Fuzhou urban area as an example to evaluate and analyze.The research shows that the overall layout of emergency shelters in Fuzhou is reasonable,but the quantity is too small and the spatial distribution is uneven.Some emergency shelters are of poor accessibility and distant from the main urban roads.
