摘要
利用地理信息、大数据和物联网等信息化新技术,通过整合应急相关管理部门13类127项应急数据资源,对接各部门10多个信息系统,初步形成应急数据资源池,建成海南全省应急一张图平台,实现了自然灾害监测预警、资源管理和指挥调度的“大应急”模式,为跨部门互联互通、数据共享、业务协同打好基础。
A map platform for emergency response in Hainan Province is built,with 127 emergency data resources of 13 categories integrated in the relevant emergency management departments,by using new information technology such as geographic information,big data and the Internet of things.The pool of emergency data resources was firstly formed,and more than 10 information systems of each department have been connected.The"big emergency"mode of natural disaster monitoring and early warning,resource managing,commanding and dispatching is realized to lay a solid foundation for cross departmental connectivity,data communication and business collaboration.
