不动产登记存量数据整合建库,是不动产统一登记的重要基础和重要保障。由于原来存在分散登记、数据结构多样、标准不一致、数据量庞大等缺陷,数据整合中面临着诸多问题。本文针对不动产登记数据的特点,结合对广东省不动产登记数据整合成果进行质量检查和数据分类的实践,形成了一套检查流程方法,并对质量检查中发现的一些常见问题进行总结分析,给出了一些有针对性的措施,希望可以为其他省市的整合数据质量把控和数据质量提升工作提供借鉴。

The integration of real estate registration data is an important basis and guarantee for the unified registration of real estate.Due to the characteristics of scattered registration,diverse data structure,inconsistent standards and large amount of data,there are many problems in data consolidation.According to the characteristics of real estate registration data,combined with the practice of quality inspection and data classification of real estate registration data integration results in Guangdong Province,a set of inspection process method is formed.And by summarizing and analyzing some common problems found in the quality inspection,this paper puts forward some targeted methods,hoping to provide technical reference for data quality control and data quality improvement of integrated data projects in other cities or provinces.
