摘要
介绍一种提高纯电动AMT换挡性能的方法,由于换挡机构的滚珠丝杠自锁作用,在换挡末期拨叉金属块与滑套壁面一直接触且处于受力状态,长时间作用导致换挡金属块磨损,最终在相同的控制参数下,存在脱挡的风险。该文通过优化控制策略并在金属块中增加相应的监控装置,监测换挡金属块与滑套壁面的接触情况,通过PID控制实现退至合适的位置,从而使拨叉处于不受力状态,提高产品性能,增加产品可靠性。
This paper introduces a method to improve the shift performance of pure electric AMT.Due to the self-locking effect of the ball screw of the shift mechanism,the metallic block of the shifting fork and the sliding sleeve wall have been in contact and under stress state at the end of the shift.Long time action will to lead metallic block wear,metallic block wear,and finally under the same control parameters,there is a risk of off-shift.In this paper,we can monitor the contact situation between the copper block and the sliding sleeve wall surface by optimizing the control strategy and adding monitoring device in the metallic block.Furthermore,achieve the appropriate return position by adding PID control to keep the fork is in a state of no force,improve product performance,increase product reliability.
