汽车雨刮器电子式复位装置设计

Design of Electronic Reset Device for Automobile Wiper

本文分析了目前车用雨刮器采用触点接触式复位装置存在的不足,提出采用非接触式电子式复位装置取代触点接触式复位装置的措施。论文对非接触式电子式复位装置的传感器的选用及安装和复位电路进行了设计,本设计可行,使用可靠,以供汽车生产厂借鉴。

This paper analyzes the shortcomings of using contact reset device for vehicle wiper,and puts forward the measures of using non-contact electronic reset device to replace contact reset device.This paper designs the sensor selection,installation and reset circuit of non-contact electronic reset device.This design is feasible and reliable,which can be used as a reference for automobile manufacturers.
