摘要
溴硝醇应用于工业杀菌剂生产时,常与其他杀菌剂同时添加进行复配制剂,本文采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇∶0.05%磷酸水溶液(15∶85)为流动相,使用C18为填料的色谱柱和紫外检测器,在波长215 nm下对溴硝醇标样及其复配制剂中溴硝醇含量进行定量分析。根据实验结果发现该方法在1.15 mg/kg~100 mg/kg浓度下线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9998,标准偏差为0.061,变异系数为0.68%。回收率范围在98.8%~100.4%。该方法是对溴硝醇及其复配制剂中溴硝醇含量进行检测的较好方法。
When bronopol is applied in the production of industrial fungicides,it is often added with other fungicides for compound formulations.A quantitative detection method for bronopol was established as follows:using methanol:0.05%phosphoric acid-acetonitrile(15∶85 v/v)as mobile phase,C18 column and ultraviolet detector were used to quantitatively analyze the content of bronopol in the standard sample and its compound preparation of bronopol at 215 nm wavelength by HPLC.The results revealed that the method had a good linear relationship at the concentration of 1.15 mg/kg~100 mg/kg,with the correlation coefficients of 0.9998,the standard deviation of 0.061 and the variation coefficient of 0.68%.The recovery range was 98.8%~100.4%.This method was a good method for the determination of bronopol in bromonitrol and its compound formulations.
