摘要
文章主要对1 000 MW汽轮机低压3级模锻动叶的塑性成形进行数值模拟分析及试验研究。通过做截面图的方法进行开坯方案辅助设计,提高了荒坯形状和尺寸的初始模型准确性;运用数值模拟分析得到了坯料模锻温度场、应力场分布和变化,有效预测了锻件产品质量缺陷,从而采取有效措施预防缺陷的产生;对开坯方案设计进行模拟分析及优化,极大提高了成形工艺方案准确性,从而减少试锻次数,缩短试锻周期,降低成本,提高生产效率。
In this paper, the numerical simulation analysis and experimental research on the plastic forming of the low pressure three-stage die forging moving blade of 1 000 MW steam turbine are carried out. In order to improve the blank shape and size model, the method of making sectional drawing to carry out the auxiliary design of the blank plan;The distribution and change of temperature field and stress field in blank forging were obtained by numerical simulation analysis, the quality defects of forgings are effectively predicted, and effective measures are taken to prevent the defects;The simulation analysis and optimization of the blank plan design greatly improve the accuracy of the forming process plan, have reduced test forging times, shorten test forging cycle,reduced cost and improved production efficiency.
