摘要
在某大型低压隔板的制造过程中,中分面间隙检查与修配工序采用了工艺悬挂销支撑的工位。由于该级次隔板的重心位置与挂销位置差异较大,因此,在对其进行中分面间隙检测时,悬挂销承受较大扭矩,出现隔板偏转现象,进而导致隔板中分面间隙超差。同时,隔板稳定性较差,也使得操作过程存在安全风险。本文从有限元分析的角度,对该级次隔板在中分面间隙检测时出现的现象进行了分析、论证,并提出相应的解决方法。
In the manufacturing process of a large low-pressure diaphragm, the process of checking and repairing the mid-plane clearance is supported by a hanging pin. Because the center of gravity of the secondary diaphragm is different from that of the hanging pin, the hanging pin bears a large torque and deflects the diaphragm, which leads to the excessive gap in the middle of the diaphragm. At the same time, the poor stability of the partition also makes the operation process a safety risk. From the point of view of finite element analysis, this paper analyses and demonstrates the phenomena of the secondary diaphragm in the mid-plane clearance detection, and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
