人文生态旅游景区定位塑造与优化升级——以南昌梅湖、象湖景区为例

摘要 在"双循环"新发展格局下,文旅产业对国民经济综合贡献度不断提高,通过充分激发文化和旅游消费潜力以启动内需市场已成为各地发力方向。目前,在南昌市倾力打造山水名城、生态都市背景下,八大山人梅湖、象湖景区亟需改造提升。通过调研分析,两大景区整合打造总体定位为"八大山人·豫章盛宴国际城"。特色化定位分别为:八大山人梅湖——"山水墨都"、北象湖——"豫章悠城"、南象湖——"动感都会"。未来八大山人梅湖景区应通过风貌塑造、形象打造、主题建设、业态导入、空间整合等路径进行优化升级。象湖景区要聚焦于形象营建、彰显文化、内容建设、空间协调、业态构建等内容开展保护利用。最后,文章建议从深化机构改革、实施人才新政、促进资源开发、加快业态培育、推动资本整合、注重联动发展六个方面推进人文生态旅游景区高质量发展。 Under the new development pattern of "dual circulation", the comprehensive contribution of the cultural and tourism industry to the national economy has been continuously improved. By fully stimulating the consumption potential of culture and tourism to start the domestic demand market has become the development direction of all localities. At present, under the background of Nanchang’s efforts to build a famous landscape city and ecological city, Badashanren Mei Lake and Xiang Lake scenic spots are in urgent need of transformation and upgrading. Through investigation and analysis, the two scenic spots are integrated to build an overall positioning of "Badashanren·Yuzhang Feast International City". The characteristic positioning is as follows: Badashanren Mei Lake-"landscape ink capital", Beixiang Lake-"Yuzhang Youcheng",and Nanxiang Lake-"dynamic city". In the future, Badashanren Mei Lake Scenic Spot should be optimized and upgraded through style shaping, image building, theme construction, business form introduction, spatial integration and other paths.Xiang Lake Scenic Spot should focus on image construction, highlighting culture, content construction, spatial coordination and business form construction to carry out protection and utilization. Finally, this paper suggests that we should promote the high-quality development of humanistic eco-tourism scenic spots from six aspects: deepening the institutional reform,implementing the new talent policy, promoting the resource development, accelerating the cultivation of business forms,promoting capital integration and paying attention to linkage development.
