摘要
探究我国高等院校在体育人才培养过程中以人工智能技术助力思想政治教育理想范式的构建。运用文献研究法,从缘起、定位、路径3个方面进行阐述。缘起:人工智能是新时代体育人才培养的技术化发展现实,是体育人才培养中思想政治教育的现实性需求,需要政治思想赋能。定位:将人工智能确定为“教育辅助者”的角色,进而明确其作为“准主体的客体”,是现阶段引入体育人才思想政治教育培养的基本定位。路径:1)建构“人机协同”支持的师生互联模式;2)建构“算法数据库”支持的智慧学习与智慧教研模式;3)树立“以人为本”的考核评估和目的引领的机制原则,深层次提高我国高等院校体育人才培养中的思想政治教育质量,促进其培养格局的最终形成。
This paper explores the construction of the ideal paradigm of ideological and political education with artificial intelligence technology in the process of sports talent cultivation in colleges and universities in China.Using the method of literature research,this paper expounds it from three aspects:origin,orientation and path.Origin:artificial intelligence is the technological development reality of sports talent cultivation in the new era.It is the realistic demand of ideological and political education in sports talent cultivation,which needs political and ideological empowerment.Orientation:to define artificial intelligence as the role of"educational assistant"and then clarify it as the"object of quasi subject"is the basic orientation of introducing the ideological and political education into the cultivation of sports talents at this stage.Paths:1)constructing the teacher-student interconnection mode supported by"man-machine cooperation";2)constructing intelligent learning and intelligent teaching and research mode supported by"algorithm database";3)establishing the mechanism principle of"people-oriented"assessment and purpose guidance.This paper aims to deeply improve the quality of ideological and political education in the cultivation of sports talents in colleges and universities,and promote the final formation of its cultivation pattern.
