Study on the Behavior Mechanism of Pregnant Women Choosing Cesarean Section in China:A Literature Review and Prospects

选择性剖宫产是导致我国高剖宫产率的主要原因之一。明确妊娠妇女选择剖宫产分娩的行为机制,即明确相关影响因素及其作用路径,是制定降低选择性剖宫产率有效措施的基础。对我国选择剖宫产分娩行为机制研究进行系统分析和归纳,结果显示,虽然目前国内开展了较多选择性剖宫产影响因素的研究,但在研究内容和研究设计方面存在一定局限性。另外,我国尚缺少影响因素对选择剖宫产分娩行为作用路径的研究。为明确妊娠妇女选择剖宫产分娩的行为机制以及制定有效干预措施,有必要基于计划行为理论开展纵向追踪研究和多中心研究。

Elective cesarean section is an important contributor to the high cesarean section rate in China.Clarifying the behavior mechanism of pregnant women choosing cesarean section,namely clarifying the influencing factors and their pathways affecting the behavior,is the basis for formulating measures to reduce the rate of elective cesarean section.This research systematically analyzed and summarized studies on the behavior mechanism of choosing cesarean section in China,in order to provide a reference for enriching the study in this field.The results showed that although many studies were conducted to explore the influencing factors of elective cesarean section in China,there were some limitations in their contents and designs.In addition,there was a lack of study on the pathways of influencing factors affecting the behavior.In order to clarify the behavior mechanism of pregnant women choosing cesarean section and formulate effective intervention measures,it is necessary to carry out longitudinal follow-up and multi-center research based on the theory of planned behavior.
