已育二孩女护士工作家庭冲突与工作家庭支持路径关系分析 被引量:9

Analysis of the Relationship between Work-Family Conflict and Work-Family Support Path for Female Nurses with Two Children

摘要 目的分析已育二孩女护士工作家庭冲突与工作家庭支持的路径关系,为促进护士工作家庭增益提供理论依据。方法于2020年3月通过网络调查的形式以全国1273名已育二孩女护士为调查对象;采用Pearson法、多元分层回归分析法、Hayes(2013)的PROCCSS宏和Bootstrap法探讨工作家庭冲突与工作家庭支持的路径关系。结果我国已育二孩女护士工作家庭支持与工作家庭冲突呈显著负相关(r=-0.432,P<0.001),自我效能感与工作家庭冲突呈负相关(r=-0.561,P<0.001)、与工作家庭支持呈正相关(r=0.435,P<0.001)。多元分层回归分析结果显示,文化程度、二孩生育准备度、工作家庭支持、自我效能感4个变量进入已育二孩女护士工作家庭冲突回归方程模型(F=93.985,P<0.001);路径分析结果显示,自我效能感的间接效应值为-0.116,中介效应存在且差异具有统计学意义(Z=-12.39,P<0.001)。结论已育二孩女护士的自我效能感在工作家庭支持与工作家庭冲突之间起部分中介作用,护理管理者可通过提高自我效能感水平,增强工作家庭支持对降低工作家庭冲突的干预效果。 Objective To analyze the path relationship between work-family conflict and work-family support for female nurses with two children,and to provide theoretical basis for promoting the gain of nurses'work-family.Methods An online survey was conducted in March 2020 among 1273 female nurses with two children in China.Pearson,multiple hierarchical regression analysis,Hayes(2013)the PROCCSS of macros and Bootstrap me-thod were used to explore the path relationship between work-family conflict and work-family support.Results For female nurses with two children,there was a significant negative correlation between work-family support and work-family conflict(r=-0.432,P<0.001).Self-efficacy was negatively correlated with work-family conflict(r=-0.561,P<0.001)and positively correlated with work-family support(r=0.435,P<0.001).The multiple hierarchical regression analysis showed that the four variables of education,preparation for having a second child,work and family support,and self-efficacy entered the regression equation model of work-family conflict for female nurses with two children(F=93.985,P<0.001).Path analysis results showed that the indirect effect of self-efficacy was-0.116,and the mediating effect was statistically significant(Z=-12.39,P<0.001).Conclusion The self-efficacy of female nurses with two children plays a partial mediating role between work-family support and work-family conflict.Nursing managers can enhance the intervention effect of work-family support on reducing work-family conflict by improving the self-efficacy of the female nurse.
