2014—2018年湖北省居民科学健康观变化趋势及影响因素研究

Study on the Trend and Influencing Factors of Scientific Health View among Residents in Hubei Province from 2014 to 2018

目的分析2014—2018年湖北省居民科学健康观现况及变化趋势,为开展相关干预提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样的方法,对湖北省15~69岁常住居民进行抽样调查,对其科学健康观进行分析。结果2014—2018年湖北省15~69岁居民科学健康观水平逐年上升,平均每年上升25.5%。城乡、年龄和文化程度是居民科学健康观水平的影响因素,以65~69岁居民为对照,25~<35岁、35~<45岁居民具备科学健康观的OR值(95%CI)分别为1.38(1.16~1.65)、1.36(1.15~1.60);与小学以下文化程度者相比,文化程度为高中/中专/职高及大专及以上者具备科学健康观的概率是小学以下人群的5.50倍和10.78倍。结论湖北省15~69岁居民科学健康观呈波动上升趋势,存在城乡、年龄、文化程度上的差异,需要探讨适宜技术对重点人群开展针对性干预工作。

Objective To investigate the status and the trends of scientific health view among residents in Hubei province from 2014 to 2018,and to provide basis for targeted intervention.Methods Multistage stratified clustering random sampling method was used to select permanent residents aged from 15 to 69 of residents in Hubei province from 2014 to 2018.The data of scientific health view was chosen for analysis.Results The health literacy regarding scientific health view of residents in Hubei province from 2014 to 2018 showed an upward trend,with an increment of around 25.5%per year on average annually.Urban or rural area,age and education level were influencing factors of scientific health view.Compared with residents aged from 65-69 years old,person aged from 25-<35 and 35-<45 years old had higher level of scientific health view health literacy,with OR values(95%CI)of 1.36(1.16-1.65)and 1.36(1.15-1.60).Compared with the person with lower level than primary school education,residents had a secon-dary/vocational school education and college degree or above,were 5.50 and 10.78 times higher of scientific health view.Conclusion The level of scientific health view took on a fluctuant increasing trend among 15-69 years old residents in Hubei province,and differences existed among residents in different regional,age and education le-vel.Pertinent intervention should be taken for targeted population.
