江西省基层疾控中心健康教育工作现状调查研究

Research on Working Status of Health Education of the Primary Center of Disease Control and Prevention in Jiangxi Province

目的掌握江西省设区市、县(区)健康教育工作资源及业务、科研能力现状,为改进基层疾控中心健康教育发展提供依据。方法采取逐级填报调查表的形式收集2018年江西省110个基层疾控中心健康教育部门基本情况和业务工作开展情况、209名健康教育工作人员基本情况。结果2018年江西省市、县(区)疾控中46.36%的单位没有健康教育编制数,57.27%的单位没有健康教育专职人员。学历以大学专科及以上为主(96.74%),职称以中级职称为主(50.72%),专业以健康教育类(40.67%)及其他专业(37.80%)为主;国家级和省级项目共23个,平均3.0万元。平均开展健康教育活动12.74次。传播材料开发与制作中居前的包括传单/折页、小册子/书籍、手机短信。结论基层疾控中心健康教育工作资源缺乏,专业人员队伍结构不合理,专业水平有待提升,工作层次有待提高,多方面提升健康教育人员的专业能力是当务之急。

Objective To master current situation of health education resources,business and scientific research ability,and to explore the sustainable working methods of health education in Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDCs)in Jiangxi.Methods Data were collected in the reporting form of 2018 level by level,including basic information and business work of health education departments of 110 primary-level CDC,and basic information of 209 health education workers.Results In 2018,46.36%of the units had no health education establishment,57.27%had no full-time health education personnel.96.74%of the health education workers had junior college degree or above,50.72%of them had intermediate professional title,40.67%were majored in health education and 37.80%were other majors.There were 23 national and provincial projects,with an average project funding of 30000 yuan.Health education activities were carried out 12.74 times on average for every CDC.The main communication materials were leaflets/hinges,brochures/books.Conclusion The health education resources are lacked,the structure of professio-nal team is unreasonable,the professional level is to be improved,the work level is to be improved.It is urgent to improve the professional ability of health education personnel in many aspects.
