摘要 目的探讨"医生-护士-治疗师"团队合作共同参与的健康教育对脊髓损伤患者创伤后成长、医学应对方式及自我效能的影响。方法采用方便抽样法选取2017-01至2021-01本院收治的脊髓损伤患者88例,按入院先后顺序依次交替归属为对照组和观察组,分别接受单一护士常规健康教育和"医生-护士-治疗师"共同参与的团队健康教育。两组患者入院当天、出院前1天分别用自设问卷调查疾病知识掌握情况。采用创伤后成长评定量表(Posttraumatic Growth Inventory,PTGI)、一般自我效能量表(General Self-Efficacy Scale,GSES)及中文版医学应对方式问卷(Medical Coping Modes Questionaire,MCMQ)比较两组患者的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组患者的健康知识、健康行为、基本技能明显优于对照组。观察组患者创伤后成长、医学应对方式及自我效能总评分明显优于对照组。结论 "医生-护士-治疗师"团队合作进行的健康教育,有效提高患者重视程度,依从性更高,优于单一护士进行健康教育的效果,可促进其创伤后成长。 Objective To explore the impact of health education given by the "Doctor-Nurse-Therapist" team on patients with spinal cord injury in post-traumatic growth, medical coping modes, and self-efficacy. Methods A total of 88 patients with spinal cord injury admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2021 were selected according to convenient sampling. The cases were assigned to the control group or the observation group consecutively from their order of admission. The control group received routine health education given by a single nurse, while the observation group received the education given by a "Doctor-Nurse-Therapist" team. Selfdeveloped questionnaires were filled out by the two groups to investigate their knowledge of the diseases on the day of admission and one day before discharge. The Post-Traumatic Growth Inventory(PTGI), the General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES), and the Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ) in Chinese were used to compare the intervention effect between the two groups. Results After the intervention,the observation group’s health knowledge, health behaviors, and basic skills were significantly better than those of the control group. The total scores of the post-traumatic growth, medical coping mode, and self-efficacy of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group. Conclusion Comparing with the single nurse format, the health education carried out by the "Doctor-NurseTherapist" team is more trusted, valued, and complied by patients, which helps to promote their post-traumatic growth.
