摘要 将科研成果和实验教学紧密结合,设计了一个碳点光学检测金(Ⅲ)离子的分析化学综合实验新项目。通过该教学实践,使学生认识到新材料作为分析化学基本要素的重要性,同时也意识到分析化学与科学前沿和国家需求紧密关联。更为重要的是,通过实验中紫外可见吸收光谱法、分子荧光光谱法和比色法检测性能指标的比较,了解不同分析方法检测的优缺点和适用范围,从而加深学生对分析化学3种光谱分析理论课程的认识和理解。该实验操作简便、高效低耗、环境友好,能激发学生探索创新的积极性,培养学生独立分析和解决问题的能力,促进学生理论知识与实践动手能力的相互渗透融合,对培养创新型、复合型和应用型高素质人才具有显著的促进作用。 By combining research results with experiment teaching, the paper designs a novel analytical chemistry comprehensive experiment of "optical detection of gold(Ⅲ) ions based on carbon dots". Through the teaching practice, the students realize the importance of new material as a basic element of analytical chemistry, and are aware that analytical chemistry is closely related to scientific frontiers and national demands. More importantly, the students can compare the detection performance of UV-vis absorption spectrometry, molecular fluorescence spectrometry, and colorimetry for gaining merits and drawbacks of different analytical detection methods and their application scope, which deepens the understanding of the theory of spectroscopy in analytical chemistry course. The experiment has several advantages such as easy operation, high efficiency, low consumption, and environment friendliness, and can stimulate the students’ enthusiasm to explore and innovate, cultivate the students’ ability to analyze and solve problems independently, and promote the mutual penetration and integration of students’ theoretical knowledge and practical ability. It is of great significance to cultivate innovative, compound and applied high-quality talents.
