Analysis on Library Assets Management of Colleges and Universities under the Background of"Double First Class"

探讨了"双一流"背景下加强和提升高校图书馆资产管理的策略。基于工作实际和调查研究,介绍了高校图书馆资产的类型,分析了高校图书馆资产管理现状。结合"双一流"建设目标和任务及图书馆资产类型特点,从资产管理意识、资产管理制度、资产共享共用管理机制、资产配置与预算管理、资产管理长效机制建设等方面提出了相应的管理策略和建议,为进一步探索图书馆资产管理新思路和新方法提供参考。

To strengthen and improve the asset management of university library under the background of"Double First-class",this paper bases on the work practice and investigation expounds the types of university library assets,analyzes the current situation of university library assets management,and combines with the construction objectives and tasks of"Double First-class"and the characteristics of library assets types.It also puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of asset management consciousness,asset management system,asset sharing management mechanism,asset allocation and budget management,and long-term mechanism construction of asset management.The corresponding management strategies and suggestions provide reference for further exploring new ideas and methods of library asset management.
