摘要
从“1+X”证书制度与学前教育人才培养模式的内涵入手,依据“1+X”证书制度对学前教育专业人才培养模式创新意义予以剖析,反思将“1+X”证书制度融入高职学前教育专业人才培养全过程的实施理念,确保“1+X”证书制度与学前教育专业人才培养模式有机融合,各类职业技能等级证书与学分制有机融合。高职学前教育专业须在“双元育人”师资团队、“1+X”融通人才培养方案、“岗证课能”课程体系和“125”实践教学体系等方面,创新高职学前教育专业人才培养模式的实践路径,实现专业课程和职业考证互通支撑,既符合职业院校做好专业人才培养方案制订与实施工作的意见和要求,又能深化高职学前教育的“三教”改革,全面提升育人成效。
It is clear that based on the connotation of the"1+X"certificate system and the pre-school education talent cultivating model,the paper tries to analyze the profound significance of the"1+X"certificate system to the innovation of the pre-school education.Then,it is necessary to reflect on"1+X"certification system and integrate implementation concept of the whole process of vocational pre-school education.It is well-known that the"1+X"certificate system is organically integrated with the pre-school educational talent cultivating model and ensure that vocational skills level certificates are integrated with the credit system.Therefore,pre-school education major should innovate educational content in terms of"dual education"teacher team,"1+X"talent cultivation program,post certificate and class ability curriculum system and"125"practical teaching system.Surely,it is essential to realize the interoperability support of professional courses and vocational examinations.The purpose is to meet requirements of vocational colleges so as to formulate and implement talent cultivating programs.Also,it is imperative to deepen the reform of higher vocational preschool education.
