摘要
文章以生命历程理论为分析框架,对某位由普通教师成功转型为“双师型”教师的中职教师进行叙事访谈,对其学习生活经历进行分析,以探讨教师能动性在其学习活动中的表现形式和教师发挥学习能动性的影响因素。研究表明,中职教师的学习活动形式多样,其学习能动性主要体现在对学习目的和学习途径的选择、对教学实践和教师身份的反思之中;中职教师能动性的发挥受到复杂的社会情境的影响。
Based on the life course theory,the paper tries to conduct a narrative interview with a secondary vocational teacher who has successfully transformed from an ordinary teacher to a"dual teacher"teacher.Then,it analyzes his learning and life experience and explores the motivation of teachers in their learning activities and influencing factors of teachers'learning initiative.Studies shows that the learning activities of secondary vocational teachers are diverse and their learning initiative is mainly reflected in choice of learning objectives and learning approaches,reflection on teaching practice and teacher identity.Surely,the initiative of secondary vocational teachers is affected by complex social situations.
