摘要
两年制教育硕士专业学位研究生由于学制时间较短,成为考研学子的首选,这种培养模式的缺点是对学业成果的评价方式做出错误预设。目前,G省T学院的评价方式是在较短的时间内注重专业学位研究生理论知识的全面掌握和实践技能的有效提高。如何在较短的时间内,确保研究论文的高标准和实践技能的高水平成为矛盾的焦点。在对G省T学院专业学位研究生的目标培养模式、课程设置、实践教学、管理方式、就业以及专业化发展等现状研究基础上,对其中所存在的矛盾进行归纳和概括,目的是唤起人们对这一问题更多的关注和研究,为完善专业学位教育硕士的培养提供理论支撑。
It is obvious that due to the short length of learning,two-year education master's degree graduate students have become the priority of graduate entrance examination students.The drawback of this cultivation model is that the evaluation method of academic achievement has made a wrong preset.At present,the evaluation method of T college in G province is to emphasize the comprehensive mastery of theoretical knowledge and improvement of practical skills.How to ensure the high standard of research papers and the high level of practical skills has become the focus of conflict.Based on the goal of training model,curriculum setting,teaching,management,employment and professional development,it is necessary to analyze thecontradictions among them.The purpose is to arouse people's attention and research on the issues so as to improve the quality of master of education.
