乡村振兴战略下河南深化农村一二三产业融合发展的路径选择

农村一二三产业融合发展是实施乡村振兴战略的重要举措。河南主要有产业带动型、龙头企业带动型、工商资本带动型三种产业融合发展模式。但仍存在农业与二三产业融合程度低,新型农业经营主体带动能力不强,要素瓶颈制约突出等问题。在全面推进乡村振兴的背景下,应从创新融合发展体制机制,大力培育融合载体,营造良好要素供给环境等方面深化河南农村一二三产业融合发展。

The integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas is an important way to promote rural revitalization.There are three main models for the development of rural industry integration in Henan:industrydriven model,leading enterprises-driven model and industrial-commercial capital-driven model.However,there are still some problems,such as the low degree of integration between agriculture and secondary and tertiary industries,the weak driving ability of new-type agricultural operators,and the prominent bottleneck of factors.In the context of promoting rural revitalization in an all-round way,we should promote the integrated development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries in Henan Province by innovating the system and mechanism of integrated development,cultivating the integrated carrier and optimizing the policy environment of factor supply.
