公共卫生事件下区块链技术在我国疫苗追溯全过程中的应用探讨 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,山东疫苗、长春长生疫苗等疫苗安全事件的曝光,折射出我国疫苗在生产、运输等环节管控的不完善性。为优化我国疫苗追溯体系,维护疫苗全程监督管理秩序,在技术理论研究的基础上,结合当前我国疫苗追溯现实存在的问题,将具有分布式记账功能及开放安全特点的区块链技术应用于我国疫苗追溯体系的构建,并从研发生产、疫苗流通、疫苗使用、政府监督、数据共享等环节进行应用设计,以期为未来我国实现疫苗监管部门的调查、追责,可以形成更加有效、长久的监督机制,从而提高政府对公共卫生事件的应急指挥能力,对未来我国的公共卫生工作将具有深远的意义。 In recent years,the exposure of vaccine safety incidents such as Shandong Vaccine and Changchun Changsheng Vaccine reflects the imperfection of vaccine control in production and transportation in China.To optimize the vaccine tracing system in our country,maintaining the vaccine to the supervision and management of the order,on the basis of theory research,combined with the problems existing in the current vaccine traces the reality in China,an distributed account function and characteristics of open security block chain technology was applied to construct a vaccine tracing system in our country,and from research and development production,circulation of vaccines and vaccine using,government supervision,data sharing application design,so as to the future of our country to realize vaccine regulatory investigation,accountability,more effective,long-term monitoring mechanism can be formed,so as to improve the government’s emergency command ability of public health events,it will be of far-reaching significance to the public health work of our country in the future.
