妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者焦虑、抑郁对生活质量的影响

The Effect of Anxiety and Depression on the Quality of Life in Patients With Gynecological Malignant Tumor Chemotherapy

目的调查妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者焦虑、抑郁情绪对生活质量的影响状况。方法采用医院焦虑抑郁量表、癌症治疗功能系统评价量表对215例妇科恶性肿瘤化疗住院患者进行问卷调查,了解妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者的焦虑、抑郁情况,分析焦虑、抑郁情绪对患者生活产生的不利影响。结果(1)单因素分析结果发现:无论是焦虑情绪还是抑郁情绪都会对患者的日常生活产生明显的影响(P<0.05)。(2)多元线回归分析结果显示焦虑、抑郁是妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者生活质量最重要的影响因素。结论针对患者的情况采取有效的心理护理措施,可以使患者的不良情绪得到改善,提高患者的生活质量是护理工作努力的方向。

Objective To investigate the effect of anxiety and depression on quality of life in patients with gynecological malignant tumor undergoing chemotherapy.Methods The hospital anxiety and depression scale and the cancer treatment function system evaluation scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 215 patients undergoing chemotherapy for gynecological malignant tumors,to understand the anxiety and depression of patients with gynecological malignant tumor chemotherapy,and to analyze the adverse effect of anxiety and depression on life of patiehts.Results(1)Univariate analysis showed that both anxiety and depression had a significant impact on patients’daily life(P<0.05).(2)The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that anxiety and depression were the most important factors affecting the quality of life of patients with gynecological malignant tumors treated with chemotherapy.Conclusion Actively adopting psychological intervention measures to improve patients’anxiety and depression and improve patients’quality of life is the direction of nursing work.
