医院妇产科感染管理中环节质量控制效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Link Quality Control in Hospital Infection Management of Gynecology and Obstetrics

目的探讨医院妇产科感染管理中环节质量控制重要性及效果。方法选取2018年7月—2019年7月医院妇产科收治患者140例,随机分为对照组(70例)与研究组(70例),对照组患者予用药护理、健康教育、制度注意事项告知等常规护理管理,在此基础上研究组予环节质量控制(包括入院环节、住院环节、出院环节等),管理前后记录两组患者呼吸道感染、泌尿系统感染情况,并采用妇产科护理质量标准进行护理质量评价,记录两组患者住院时间、受感染者感染出现时间,同时采用自制调查表进行护理满意度评价并记录。结果对照组总感染8例,研究组总感染2例,研究组总感染率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理质量评分显著高于对照组,住院时间显著低于对照组,感染出现时间明显晚于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组总满意率84.29%,研究组总满意率95.71%,研究组总满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论环节质量控制是医院妇产科感染管理中重要的部分,可有效预防感染,提高治疗效果,缩短住院时间,提高护理质量与护理满意度。

Objective To explore the importance and effect of quality control in the management of nosocomial infection in gynecology and obstetrics.Methods 140 patients treated in the obstetrics and gynecology department in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(70 cases)and the study group(70 cases).Patients in the control group were given routine nursing management such as medication nursing,health education and system notice.On this basis,the study group was given quality control(including admission,hospitalization,discharge,etc.).Before and after management,the respiratory tract infection and urinary system infection were recorded in the two groups.The nursing quality was evaluated by obstetrics and gynecology nursing quality standard.The hospitalization time and infection time of the two groups were recorded.The nursing satisfaction was recorded and evaluated by self-made questionnaire.Results There were 8 cases of total infection in the control group and 2 cases in the study group.The total infection rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the hospitalization time was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the infection time was significantly later than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the control group was 84.29%,and that of the study group was 95.71%,The total satisfaction rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Link quality control is an important part of hospital infection management in gynecology and obstetrics.It can effectively prevent infection,improve the treatment effect,shorten hospitalization time,improve nursing quality and nursing satisfaction.
