持续护理改进在睑板腺按摩联合中药熏眼治疗干眼症中的效果

The Effect of Continuous Nursing Improvement in Meibomian Gland Massage Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Smoked Eyes in the Treatment of Dry Eye Syndrome

目的研究睑板腺按摩联合中药熏眼治疗干眼症患者配合持续护理改进效果。方法数据采集本院2019年2月—2020年6月收治的86例干眼症患者,入院后均行睑板腺按摩联合中药熏眼治疗,采用“随机数字表法”分对照组(传统护理,n=43)、观察组(持续护理改进,n=43),比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗前比较感觉性症状差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后与对照组比较,观察组感觉性症状评分更低,观察组满意率(97.67%)高于对照组(81.40%),观察组依从率(95.35%)高于对照组(76.74%),χ2=6.081、6.198,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014、0.013,P<0.05)。结论联合治疗配合持续护理改进能提高疗效、缓解眼部不适,提高依从性。

Objective To study the effect of meibomian gland massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine smoked eyes in the treatment of dry eye patients with continuous nursing care.Methods Data collection was implemented in 86 dry eye patients admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to June 2020,they were all received meibomian gland massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine smoked eyes after admission.The“random number table method”was used to divide into the control group(traditional nursing care,n=43),observation group(continuous nursing improvement,n=43),compared the clinical efficacy between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in sensory symptoms before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,compared with the control group,the sensory symptoms score of the observation group was lower,and the satisfaction rate of the observation group(97.67%)was higher than that of the control group(81.40%),The compliance rate of the observation group(95.35%)was higher than that of the control group(76.74%),χ2=6.081,6.198,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.014,0.013,P<0.05).Conclusion Combination therapy and continuous nursing improvement can improve curative effect,relieve eye discomfort,and improve compliance.
