摘要
目的观察将个性化护理干预应用于脑梗死伴老年痴呆患者中的临床效果。方法将2018年6月—2020年5月在医院接受治疗的脑梗死伴发老年痴呆患者纳入到研究中,共有86例,按照随机抽签结果将所有对象均分成两组,即试验组(n=43,个性化护理干预)和对照组(n=43,常规护理干预)。将两组患者的护理满意度、护理质量、日常生活能力、认知功能与生活质量进行对比。结果与对照组患者比较,试验组患者的护理满意度与各项护理质量评分均更高;相比于护理前,两组患者护理后的日常生活能力评分、认知功能评分与生活质量评分均增加,且试验组患者的增加幅度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将个性化护理干预应用于脑梗死伴发老年痴呆患者中的临床效果十分理想,其护理质量更高,患者的日常生活能力、认知功能与生活质量得到显著改善,患者十分满意。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of applying personalized nursing intervention in patients with cerebral embolism and dementia.Methods A total of 86 patients with cerebral embolism associated with Alzheimer's disease treated in our hospital from June 2018 to May 2020 were included in the study,and all subjects were divided into two groups according to the random drawing results,namely the experimental group(P=43,personalized nursing intervention)and the control group(P=43,conventional nursing intervention).The nursing satisfaction,quality of care,daily life ability,cognitive function and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.Results Compared with the patients in the control group,the patients in the experimental group had higher nursing satisfaction and various nursing quality scores;compared with before nursing,the daily life ability score,cognitive function score and quality of life score of the two groups of patients after nursing both increased,and the increase of patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group;there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of individualized nursing intervention in patients with cerebral embolism accompanied by Alzheimer's disease is very ideal,the quality of nursing is higher,the ability of daily life,cognitive function and quality of life of patients have been significantly improved,the patients are very satisfied.
