集束化护理在介入治疗缺血性脑血管病中的应用

Application of Cluster Nursing in Interventional Treatment of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

目的探讨集束化护理在介入治疗缺血性脑血管病中的应用效果。方法选取于2019年1月—2020年3月在本院进行血管内介入治疗的缺血性脑血管病患者76例进行研究,将其随机纳入对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组患者给予缺血性脑血管病常规护理,观察组采用集束化护理。比较干预前后两组患者在神经功能缺损状况及生活质量方面改善情况。结果给予集束化护理后,在神经功能缺损方面,观察组与对照组患者的评分低于干预前,且观察组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-10.213,P<0.001)。在生活质量方面,观察组评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缺血性脑血管病神经介入治疗围术期集束化护理措施,可有效促进患者神经功能康复,并可提高其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing in interventional treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods 76 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease,who received intravascular interventional therapy from January 2019 to March 2020 in our hospital,were randomly divided into the control group with 38 cases and the observation group with 38 cases.The control group was given routine nursing method,and the observation group was treated with cluster nursing.The neurological deficit and the improvement of the quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of nerve function defect in the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than those before intervention,and the scores of nerve function defect in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-10.213,P<0.001).After intervention,the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing measures of perioperative cluster nursing care for neuro interventional therapy of ischemic cerebrovascular disease can promote the recovery of neurological function and improve the quality of life.
