翻瓣导萌术联合口腔正畸治疗上颌埋伏阻生前牙患儿的临床效果

Clinical effects of flap-guided eruption combined with orthodontic treatment in children with impacted maxillary anterior teeth

目的:观察翻瓣导萌术联合口腔正畸治疗上颌埋伏阻生前牙患儿的效果。方法:选取60例上颌埋伏阻生前牙患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用翻瓣导萌术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合口腔正畸治疗,比较两组患儿上颌埋伏阻生前牙萌出时间、治疗成功率和术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组上颌埋伏阻生前牙萌出时间为(6.11±0.51)个月,明显短于对照组的(6.95±0.55)个月,差异有统计学意义(t=6.134,P=0.000);观察组治疗成功率为96.7%,明显高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.680,P=0.006);观察组并发症发生率为3.3%,明显低于对照组的26.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:翻瓣导萌术联合口腔正畸治疗上颌前牙埋伏阻生前牙患儿可缩短上颌埋伏阻生前牙萌出时间,提高治疗成功率,以及降低并发症发生率,优于单纯翻瓣导萌术治疗效果。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of flap-guided eruption combined with orthodontic treatment in children with impacted maxillary anterior teeth.Methods:60 children with impacted maxillary impacted anterior teeth were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with flap-guided eruption,while the observation group was combined with orthodontic treatment on the basis of that of the control group.The eruption time of maxillary impacted anterior teeth,the surgery success rate and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The eruption time of maxillary impacted anterior teeth in the observation group was(6.11±0.51)months,which was significantly shorter than the control group of(6.95±0.55)months,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.134,P=0.000).The treatment success rate of the observation group was 96.7%,which was significantly higher than the control group of 70.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.680,P=0.006).Further,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.3%,which was significantly lower than the control group of 26.7%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Flap-guided eruption combined with orthodontic treatment for the children with impacted maxillary anterior teeth can shorten the eruption time,improve the treatment success rate,and reduce the incidence of complications.Moreover,it is superior to single flap-guided eruption.
