化瘤汤加减联合超声引导下微波消融术治疗甲状腺良性结节患者的效果

Effects of Hualiu decoction combined with ultrasound-guided microwave ablation in treatment of patients with benign thyroid nodules

目的:观察化瘤汤加减联合超声引导下微波消融术治疗甲状腺良性结节患者的效果。方法:选取86例甲状腺良性结节患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组43例。对照组给予超声引导下微波消融术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合化瘤汤加减治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的74.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组TSH水平低于对照组,FT3水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:化瘤汤加减联合超声引导下微波消融术治疗甲状腺良性结节患者可提高治疗总有效率和FT3水平,降低TSH水平,其效果优于单纯超声引导下微波消融术治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Hualiu decoction combined with ultrasound-guided microwave ablation in Treatment of patients with benign thyroid nodules.Methods:86 patients with benign thyroid nodules were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with ultrasoundguided microwave ablation,while the observation group was treated with Hualiu decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the levels of thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH)and free triiodothyronine(FT3)before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 74.42%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the TSH level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;the FT3 level was higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse effects between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Hualiu decoction combined with ultrasound-guided microwave ablation in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the FT3 level,and reduce the TSH level.Moreover,it is superior to single ultrasound-guided microwave ablation.
