摘要
进行了汽车支架用A356铝合金的差压铸造成型,并进行了不同浇注温度、充型压力和结晶增压压力下的力学性能测试、比较和分析。结果表明:随浇注温度、充型压力和结晶增压压力的增加,抗拉强度先增大后减小,断后伸长率反之。在720℃浇注温度、40 kPa充型压力、5 kPa结晶增压压力下,试样的抗拉强度为峰值(302 MPa)、断后伸长率为最小值(3.5%)。汽车支架用A356铝合金的浇注温度优选为720℃、充型压力优选为40 kPa、结晶增压压力优选为5 kPa。
The differential pressure casting of A356 aluminum alloy for automobile bracket was carried out, and the mechanical properties under different pouring temperature, filling pressure and crystallization pressurization pressure were tested, compared and analyzed. The results show that with the increase of pouring temperature, filling pressure and crystallization pressure, the tensile strength increases first and then decreases, while the elongation after fracture decreases first and then increases. At pouring temperature of 720℃, filling pressure of 40 kPa and crystallization pressure of 5 kPa, the tensile strength of the sample is 302 MPa at the peak value, and the elongation after fracture is the minimum value of 3.5%.The pouring temperature of A356 aluminum alloy for automobile bracket is 720℃, the filling pressure is 40 kPa and the crystallization pressure is 5 kPa.
