摘要
针对人工焊接管材拼接不准,焊接质量不高等缺点,提出了一套以PLC S7-200 smart ST60为核心控制器的自动焊接专机系统。基于焊接电流随管材与焊枪之间距离变化而变化的原理,对焊接跟踪控制关键点进行了研究,给出了焊接跟踪控制算法。对焊接专机系统的机械结构、电气结构和软件设计进行了介绍。最后对该自动焊接专机系统进行了实际验证。结果表明,焊枪的波动范围在±2 mm内,电流波动范围控制在±5 A内,系统运行平稳,具有非常好的实用价值。
In view of the shortcomings of inaccurate splicing and low welding quality during manual welding of pipes, an automatic welding machine system with PLC S7-200 smart ST60 as the core controller was proposed. Based on the principle that the welding current varies with the distance between the pipe and the welding gun, the key points of welding tracking control were deeply studied and the welding tracking control algorithm was given. The mechanical structure, electrical structure and software design of the welding machine system were introduced. Finally, practical verification of the automatic welding machine system was carried out. The results show that the fluctuation range of the welding gun is within ±2 mm, and the current fluctuation range is controlled within ±5 A. The system runs smoothly and has very good practical value.
