近年来随着天然产物井喷式的发现,越来越多的具有良好生物活性的天然产物被开发成药物。例如免疫抑制剂霉酚酸、降胆固醇药物洛伐他汀,抗寄生虫药物阿维菌素、抗疟疾药物青蒿素、抗肿瘤药物紫杉醇等。药用天然产物在人类的生产生活中的地位越来越重要。真菌来源天然产物是药用天然产物中的一大类,许多重要的药用天然产物来源于真菌,例如霉酚酸、洛伐他汀,夫西地酸等。

In recent years,with the discovery of natural product blowout,more and more natural products with good biological activity have been developed into drugs,for example,the immunosuppressant mycophenolic acid,the cholesterol-lowering drug lovastatin,the antiparasitic drug avermectin,the antimalarial drug artemisinin,and the antitumor drug paclitaxel.The status of medicinal natural products in human production and life is becoming more and more important.Fungal-derived natural products are a large class of medicinal natural products,and many important medicinal natural products are derived from fungi such as mycophenolic acid,lovastatin,fusidic acid.
