摘要
葡萄糖检测在很多领域有着很重要的应用,电化学传感器检测葡萄糖具有检测速度快、特异性好和灵敏高等优点,葡萄糖传感器经历了四代的发展,逐渐从酶葡萄糖传感器过渡到无酶葡萄糖传感器,与使用葡萄糖氧化酶的传感器相比,基于过渡金属和金属化合物的新型无酶的稳定性更好,并且成本更低。本文主要介绍了一些金属化合物无酶传感器制备方法、性能特点和展望。
Glucose detection has very important applications in many fields.The electrochemical sensor for detecting glucose has the advantages of fast detection speed,good specificity and high sensitivity.Glucose sensor has undergone four generations of development,gradually transitioning from an enzyme glucose sensor to an enzyme-free glucose sensor.Compared with the sensor using glucose oxidase,a new type of enzyme-free based on transition metals and metal compounds was studied.The stability was better and the cost was lower.The preparation methods,performance characteristics and prospects of some metal compound enzyme-free sensorswere introduced.
