铝空气电池阴极催化剂MnO_(2)的制备及性能研究

摘要 以高锰酸钾与硫酸锰为原料,制备了MnO_(2)单一催化剂。采用XRD对其进行了表征。将所制备的MnO_(2)分别与La_(2)O_(3)、SrO按不同比例掺杂制成复合型催化剂。采用上述催化剂所制备的空气阴极与铝阳极、凝胶电解质组装成铝空气电池。通过恒流放电测试,确定最佳的阴极催化剂。结果显示,由MnO_(2)单一催化剂所制电池的性能最佳,在放电电流20 mA时,容量密度分别为1378 Ah/kg,能量密度分别为2225 Wh/kg。 MnO_(2) single catalyst was prepared from potassium permanganate and manganese sulfate.It was characterized by XRD.The composite catalysts were prepared by doping MnO_(2) with La_(2)O_(3) and SrO in different proportions.The air cathode prepared by the above catalyst was assembled into aluminum air battery with aluminum anode and gel electrolyte.The best cathode catalyst was determined by constant current discharge test.The results showed that MnO_(2) single catalyst had the best performance.When the discharge current was 20 mA,the capacity density and energy density were 1378 Ah/kg and 2225 Wh/kg,respectively.
