摘要
通过静态吸附实验,以废弃茶叶渣为吸附剂对含甲基橙的模拟印染废水进行了吸附处理研究。实验过程中考察了废水初始pH变化、甲基橙初始浓度、茶渣使用量、吸附处理的时间和温度对吸附处理效果的影响。实验发现在优化工艺条件(废水初始pH=6、甲基橙浓度为300 mg/L、茶叶渣用量为6 g/L、吸附处理时间3 h、吸附处理温度25℃)下,茶叶渣对废水中甲基橙的去除率和吸附量分别可达到69.72%和59.30 mg/g。
Through static adsorption experiment,the simulated printing and dyeing wastewater containing methyl orange was treated with tea residue as adsorbent.The effects of initial pH value,initial concentration of methyl orange,tea residue usage,contact time and temperature of adsorption treatment on the adsorption treatment were investigated.The results showed that under the optimized conditions(initial pH=6,methyl orange concentration was 300 mg/L,tea residue dosage was 6 g/L,contact time was 3 h,adsorption temperature was 25℃),the removal rate and adsorption capacity of methyl orange in wastewater by tea residue could reached 69.72%and 59.30 mg/g,respectively.
