摘要
以不锈钢网为基底,采用了浓盐酸对不锈钢网进行刻蚀以及正十八硫醇对其进行修饰的两步法制得了疏水不锈钢网。讨论了改性后不锈钢网的润湿性、热稳定性以及油水分离性能。结果表明,不锈钢网利用浓盐酸刻蚀4 min以及正十八硫醇修饰6 h后疏水效果最佳。改性不锈钢网经40~220℃温度范围进行热处理后,其静态水接触角在130.7°~141.6°范围;当处理温度高于220℃,改性不锈钢网疏水性显著降低,低于120°;疏水不锈钢网对20~60℃的油水混合物进行分离,分离效率皆不低于64%。
The hydrophobic stainless-steel mash was prepared by using a two-step method of etching the stainless-steel mesh with concentrated hydrochloric acid and modification with 1-octadecanethiol based on stainless steel mesh.The wettability,thermal stability and oil-water separation performance of the modified stainless-steel mesh were discussed.The results showed that the best hydrophobic effect of stainless-steel mesh was obtained by 4 min etching with concentrated hydrochloric acid and 6 h modification with 1-octadecanethiol,and the static water contact angle ranging from 130.7°to 141.6°with the modified stainless-steel mesh was heat treated in the temperature range of 40℃to 220℃.The hydrophobicity of the modified stainless-steel mesh decreased significantly when the treatment temperature was higher than 220℃,which was lower than 120°.The separation efficiency of hydrophobic stainless-steel mesh was not less than 64%for the oil-water mixture between 20℃and 60℃.
