新工科背景下地方高校制药工程专业应用型人才培养模式探索

Exploration on Applied Talents Training Mode of Pharmaceutical Engineering Specialty under the Background in Local Colleges

我国医药产业的快速发展和现代化,对高校制药工程专业人才培养模式提出了新的要求。在新工科背景下,针对目前地方高校制药工程专业人才培养存在的关键问题,提出了立足自身实际和地方医药产业人才需求,合理设定人才培养目标、科学设定课程体系和教学内容,深度实施有效的校企合作育人模式,加快培养适应于地方医药产业发展需求的新工科应用型人才。

With the rapid development and modernization of Chinese pharmaceutical industry,new requirements are put forward for the training mode of pharmaceutical engineering talents in colleges and universities.Under the background of new engineering,aiming at the key problems existing in the cultivation of pharmaceutical engineering talents in local colleges,an effective school enterprise cooperation education mode was put forward,which was based on its own reality and the talent demand of local pharmaceutical industry,reasonable setting of talent training objectives,scientific setting of curriculum system and teaching content,in order to accelerate the training of new engineering applied talents to meet the development needs of local pharmaceutical industry.
