高等院校“大思政”矩阵与“协同型”建构分析 被引量:2

摘要 "大思政"是思想政治教育的应然状态,是以"三全育人"过程实现立德树人根本任务的整体性思想政治教育模式。"大"所强调的系统、整合、协调,使得全员育人、全过程育人和全方位育人成为衡量高等院校"大思政"质量的重要依据。为此,在全过程时间维度和全方位空间维度的综合考量下将高等院校"大思政"划分为雏鸟型、管理型、服务型和协同型等四种类型。协同型"大思政"是一种高质量模式,建构与完善协同型"大思政"成为高等院校不断提升思想政治教育质量的必由之路。为此,各高等院校应坚持党的领导,以思政课程为基本依托并强化高等院校内外主体之间的良性联动,同时通过政府与党委双重监督保障协同型"大思政"可持续发展。 "Great ideological and political education" is the natural state of ideological and political education, and it is the overall pattern to realize the fundamental task of moral cultivation and cultivating people by the process of "three complete" education. The system, integration and coordination emphasized by "great", making the whole process education and all-round education become an important basis to measure the quality of "great ideological and political education" in colleges and universities. Therefore, under the comprehensive consideration of the whole process time dimension and omni-directional space dimension, the "great ideological and political" in colleges and universities is divided into four types, namely, chick type, management type, service type and collaborative type. Collaborative one is a high-quality mode. To this end, colleges and universities should adhere to the leadership of the party, rely on ideological classrooms as the basic support and strengthen the benign linkage between the internal and external subjects of colleges and universities, and at the same time ensure the continuous development of coordinated "Great Ideological and political work" through the dual supervision of the government and the party committee.
